The first pop-up Fringe event was held on the 25th October and the next Fringe will be on the 29th November, details to follow..... they are a unique, exclusive opportunity to acquire original artwork from local artists including Anthony Marshall, Lizzie Shuttleworth, Angus Stokes, John Seddon, Phil Sproson and Si Homfray. All the art is exclusive to the PopUp Fringe and available to view online at the Fringe Gallery. This is a one-off opportunity to buy artwork which will not be available anywhere else, with proceeds from the event going to the Cardiac Risk in the Young — a very worthy cause with a particular relevance to the Hope Valley: monies raised during the event will ensure that screenings of our young local people will continue.
The Fringe will connect you, your friends, new groups and your businesses, in a welcoming space encouraging new friendships. It is a melting pot, offering a new and alternative way of looking at the amazing variety of local interests, on your door step, building a stronger local community for the future.
Harnessing the latest technologies, the Fringe offers a FREE 7th wave blog AND a unique opportunity to connect online and in real life to fellow entrepreneurs
Special thanks go to Si, Simon, Fran and Michael, brilliant "Friends of the Fringe":
Having conceived and delivered the Fringe in what was a pretty tight schedule, the inaugural Hope Valley Fringe succeeded in many ways, not least in getting people and businesses talking to each other and discovering the true potential of the Hope Valley. I hope you agree.
What we would like is for you to show your appreciation and support for the Fringe going forward and request a donation you feel comfortable with to help formulate a plan and prepare well in advance for the next Hope Valley Fringe.
